Probably the worst time of year this can happen as I’ll have to wait for engineers/spare parts etc.

Machine starts, but after approx 5 minutes, the timer goes to 0 like the cycle is completed. There are no errors displayed on the machine.

Water is still in the drum, and both spin and drain options work separately.

I’ve cleaned the filter but still have the issue. Hoping someone can point me to the right direction.

well first thing i would is check the motor brushes. most machines have them but not all

    pull machine out
tilt it back at approx 45 degrees and climb underneath with a torch

find the motor brushes and if you find them take a screw driver and tap both brush holders 2 or 3 times firmly

then put machine down and try it

if it works you will need to replace the brushes. if you want to use before then you would have to take each brush off and spring it in and out to try to get a few mm extra so it can be used. to do the you will probably need a 5.5mm socket

if it does not work it does not mean the brushes are not faulty they will need to be romoved to find out
