Good evening, and Happy New Year!
Wondering if there is any way of conclusively testing the cutlery water spray efficiency on the above dishwasher?
A customer has reported poor wash results to the above section of their dishwasher, and I visited today to test/monitor the above.
I’m happy with the performance of the dishwasher – i.e. the filters and spray arms are clear, it heats and washes well, and both spray arms are rotating, ruling out the diverter valve/unit.
However, my customer reported that the tablet sometimes remains in the dispenser although the dispenser opens correctly. (they sometimes place the tablet in the base, and state they use good tablets.)
So, I’m struggling to put my finger on this problem, and would welcome some advice!
