Is it possible to get a 4 inch vent hose into a 3.6 inch end ring?
I have a Candy CSV V9LG-80 tumble dryer and it has a 3.6 inch end ring but most (universal) vent hoses are 4 inch diameter.
I can get a 2 meter vent hose but I need at least a 3 meter vent hose.
use both hoses
use a 3.6 from the machine thern get a 4 inch and use it to extend using duct tape
be aware you will get condensation forming in the hoses so make sure there is no where in the route it can pool

Sorry I should have mentioned that my vent hose has got a few small holes at the exhaust end and is a bit squashed in places due to the way I have to route to my window. It needs replacing. It only just reaches the window and I have to hang it out every time I use the tumble dryer.
The ring that Candy provide has never really fitted in the machine properly so I have to squash the hose a bit against the wall otherwise it comes out every time I have to hang it out the window

Candy only have a replacement 2 meter hose. I need a longer one as mine was stretched (too much) to the maximum length.
