ParticipantDear
The washing machine is from 31/05/2019. Never had to do any maintenance.
Since yesterday: water is leaking from the bottom of the washing machine.
After reading the user manual: I have cleaned the pump filter (front bottom right) . There wasn’t much dirt in it. I thought it’s okay now because no more water to see. then water on the ground again today and therefore checked the pump filter second time but nothing in it.According to the manual, I could clean the water drain hose but it is stuck at the back. I was able to click out a part that held the water drain hose, but now I can’t click this part back in.
Then I was thinking: that water drain hose must be firmly attached somewhere inside the washing machine… . But I don’t have a disassembly manual to see further. Can someone help me to find one? See photo in dropbox link for the model of Beko wasmachine or here:

Moderatoryou have a leak you dont need a manual
run machine and look undeneath for drips
depending on where those drips come from will determine what comes next

ParticipantDear Dave
Thanks for quick reply.
reason I ask for a manual is also for:https://www.dropbox.com/t/dUvh74PR81WbXyEU
zie photo , when I wanted to clean the drain hose , I unclicked a piece that’s now falling behind the wall of the washing machine.
I can’ anymore click it back by pulling the hose towards me.
I checekd again the wasmachine as you asked.
Today I took some time for it.see photo:

when i lokked at he bottom of the machine it was luckily open and could see water drups comimng from top right.
all marked bleu is wet.
So I thaught maybe the box that containts the soap has to be cleaned.
After cleaning it and starting the maintenance program, immediately water on floor… .
So still issue present.Hope this info can help.

ParticipantI took my time and started withou manual, it’s easy to open the top panel.
the tube that drains the water out, that piece that got loose , i managed it to fix it but not 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}
see photo’s:

Main important issue :I was both happy and shocked why this is the cause:
https://www.dropbox.com/t/37d3Sxdxd82CIQhv
See photo, is this normal that these kind of hose come out of their place?I even put it back , fixed it as the one left from it, tested it but with force I could move it.
While the other one I could not move it.
So I did my best to fix it and after not moving anymore while pulling hard, I gave it a try:
maintenance program start, this time: not water on floor from first second, I even saw water in the washing drume, .. and then it happened again: water on floor.
stopped programm, opened the top panel, and same issue appears: the black right hose/tube came loose.
Is this a fabrication error? Will my damage be paid ? (went one time outside to wash all clothes, cost a lot, water loss , time .. ).

Moderatorget hoses with those doing this occasionally.
get some of the old Evo Stik impact ahesive. must be the old one with the strobg vapour smell. dry hose off internally and the spigot on the draw. smear a small amount of glue on the spigot and then slide the hose on, put the clip on and let it set
that will most likley sort it
dont use any other glue and never superglue . Its a rubber adhesive so you can take it apart again if ever needed

Moderatora lot of glues these days are water soluble and that wont work in this case. in this case its flammable if near flames. so lots of ventilation

ParticipantOk , so need to take out the complete hose , hope the other end will stay ok, or do I need to put glue on both ends?
and is this not for Beko to solve? fabrication error?

ParticipantVery difficult to find same glew in EU. to avoid import costs (double price).
is use of hose clamp ok? so eacht time the hose gets loos i can fix it a little bit more?

Moderatoryou can change the hose clamp but be careful you dont over tighten as its a plastic spigot
what they should have bone is put a bulge on the end of the spigot

ParticipantI fought with the new hose clamp but finally succeeded.
the original clamp has a inside diameter of 12 mm while the new changable host clamp can start from 12 to 22 mm.
crazy same mm and perfect fit to keep the host in place.
lets hope it stays good…Thanks a lot for all support.
