I have come across this a few times now and cannot find a resolution to the problem. The Neff built in oven cooling fan turns on when nothing has been selected and will run until the oven is turned off at the wall. I tried replacing the thermal cut in (looks like a ceramic block about 1 inch long) which showed signs of overheating and it did solve the issue for a few days then it happened again.
Any ideas?
