ISE W288e unbalanced load

I have one of these ASKO built machines that thankfully has not given too much trouble. It is just coming up to 10 years old. I bought hoping never to deal with a machine that “only lasted 10 years” only to discover that they probably do & there is no guarantee or even an online manual. But over the last few weeks I have had “unbalance” come up on some cycles & on others there is excessive swinging of the drum. Once or twice it has been a heavy bath mat but others just my usual load and I have never overloaded any machine. Could this be the shock absorbers or the balance spring’s? We can see the latter very easily but although you sell the kit for the shocks we can see no way to get to them. Thank you
