Bosch American style kan62v40gb/02 fd8907

Hi, I’ve been out to this fridge freezer today and found the compressor to not be running , the evap fan and condensor fan are running, there is no power to compressor, another company had tried a new control board ( still on and old board in box left behind ) on it but obviously didn’t cure the problem , anybody out there had similar problems, I’m thinking thermistor ?
