    Hello,

    I have Hisense dishwasher model HS60240WUK. Some time ago it stopped working and not sure what is going on.
    Basically the control panel is totally dark.
    When I disconnect the plug and connect it back to into a socket (after a while) it triggers a short, 1-sec beep but the control panel remains dark
    and nothing is being displayed on it.
    Does anybody have any hint what is going on and how can I fix this ?

    I don’t know that this is much help but, in the service stuff is says the following:

    [TD]User interface isn’t responding / does not work.[/TD]
    [TD]# Clean user interface (buttons and display).[/TD]
    [TD]•Wiring harness / connector.
    •User interface.

    thanks for your e-mail.
    I am struggling with interpreting the text:

    • what does that mean to clean the user interface ? Mechanically ? With cloth ? It doesn’t have to – it is clean as a hell – you don’t know my wife 😉
    • wiring harness/connector – what to do with it ?

    Is there a service manual somewhere so I could download it ?

    On service manuals:

    Appliance Service Manuals

    What they likely mean is to clean and check all contacts to the boards. Or look for some sort of issue with the harness.

    But above is about as good as you get, even if you get a manual as repairers as well as everyone else will be pointed in a general direction of what to look for and at, but you will not get blow-by-blow instructions.

    Does the numbers show the order how to disassemble it ?
    Ah no – it doesn’t look like this.
    Any hint how to disassemble it ?

    Nope, that’s the parts that make up the door.

    Taking it apart and putting it back together you’re expected to figure out.
