Thought I’d support a local(ish) business. Bought some oven glass silicone at twice the price than from eBay. Obviously old stock, failed to set after 4 days! No probs, contact them, get it sorted. Well ffs! No telephone, website archaic and advert and glitch ridden, have to register. Success just before I lose the will to live. Wait though, log in not recognised, change password try again, nope, not recognised. Give this lot up as a bunch of clowns. Back to the bay.
I think you would be better venting your frustration with the retailer. Social media is a good place to start which usually gets some results. Failing that just put it down to experience.

how do you know it was local ?
with no address or phone number they could be anywhere. in fact even the phone number does not say anything these days

They’re based in Kilmarnock, I’m pretty local to there. The telephone number provided has a recorded message saying that they don’t take calls. My wife sent them an email, turns out that it doesn’t work half the time. Good customer service. Not!
