On the Wool/Handwash cycle, when the 800 spin speed is selected, this machine operates as normal then stops when it gets to the spin phase of the programme.
The 800 spin speed works on the spin only setting.
Any ideas?
Is rinse hold turned on?
Is it draining the water quickly enough?
It is only a 1.5Kg max load on this program so is it overloaded?Does it attempt to balance the load and spin or does it not do any of that?

I haven’t seen the machine yet so only going off what the customers (who are also friends) are telling me.
Going back through the messages, they seem to mention afterwards it’s the 30@30 programme, not the wool programme.
They say that a higher spin speed works, but not the 800rpm, which sounds very bizarre to me. Presumably if any of the stuff you mentioned applied, it wouldn’t do the spin at 1200 or 1400rpm either.I’m waiting to hear back from them if another programme that uses 800rpm works.

includes service bullitin of spin problems on certain boards but needs software if thats the problem
