Candy Fridge Freezer

Hi i have a candy Candy fridge freezer 34001670 csc 1745 and lately water has started to build up through the drain hole so i bought a small cleaning brush that fits in the hole to see if is blocked but it only goes in about maybe 4 or 5 inches till it stops going down so i don’t know if it’s blocked or meant to only be a short way down to what i presume is the drain pan. Thing is i am registered disabled and can’t bend up and down to have a proper look i managed to turn the fridge freezer round a bit but could not see enough what was at the bottom but 1 thing for sure is no way the brush went to the bottom if that’s where it’s meant to go. Only other thing i can think of is there is a black panel covering the back of the fridge freezer which maybe has to be removed to get to the drip tray if it is being this black panel. So can i ask if anyone has this fridge freezer and can tell me if the drain hole goes further down than 4 or 5 inches and if this black panel needs to come off to see if it is blocked or anything.
