Hi I went to a BOSCH washer dryer model WVG30462GB/02 and the dryer had virtually no heat. Both of the resetable stats tested ok. Tested voltage at heater and 240V was there and resistance seemed OK for heater but couldn’t feel much heat on manifold even when left running for 15 mins. I could hear the blower going but since door is shut cannot confirm whether this was working at full capacity either. Has anyone come across issues with these and point in right direction as appliance was registered NOV 2021 so not that old.

    any help appreciated

its also under guarentee for 2 years

if the element is powered it must be getting hot. unless the power stops to the element or the heater goes open circuit as it heats

Sorry it was NOV 2020 and yeah it’s strange because you used to feel the heat manifold get very hot but this is not the case on this one and its heavily insulated. Are the blower motors a usual cause on these? Can’t think of what else would cause the problem.

have had blockages of fluff if they are used a lot.
remove the fan and check fan blades are not blocked after that check condenser
