    Had a quick look at a 3lwtw5550yw2………..c44230177. I used to do clutches brakes, couplers on the older machines but this one looks a bit different and not even sure to be honest of how it strips down. Sounds like bearings are gone somewhere in it. very noisy on spin. Is there any service manual for this one anywhere. Thanks.

    It looks like I have got one stashed away on the computer so if you let me have an email then i will send you what I have.
    If I rememeber correctly then I think that you have to replace the whole gearbox on these to do the bearings.

    Thank you Dave. Email is repairspaul@gmail.com. It does look like it is a whole gearbox required but the only ones i see are in America. Trying to find a price and supplier. Thanks again. Paul

    the probem often comes in changing american part no to uk

    ring ASWO they list some parts and a lot more if you miss the 2 off the end

    you could always ring JLA they may be able to help
