Do ASWO charge another carriage charge to despatch back orders or wait for it to go out with the next order?

As far as I remember they don’t, I’ve had a single order come in 3 boxes and only been charged carriage once.

No but you do need to watch out for additional carriage charges that are often varied and random on both the amount and what parts they apply to.

No they don’t charge extra for dispatching backorders nor do they seem to require another order before dispatching but instead send it immediatley (all be it possibly by a slower method).
Any time that they decide to charge extra it is usually stated in the item decription when you go to add it to the basket.

It’s called customer focus. Little things like that are key to customer retention. Sadly some UK distributors lost site of that over the last few years.

I know that feeling. It comes to something when its quicker and cheaper to get a parcel from france that most of the suppliers in the uk

Will be interesting to see how Screwfix shakes things up in the future.
think some suppliers have lost the plot, you cant talk to anyone with most suppliers but aswo still have a freephone number so you can get in touch, Means you can answer your problem quickly and not wait for emails to go back and forth
