Zanussi ZENB 2925 fridge not working but freezer working

Hi
I have an old ZENB 2925 which i use as an extra fridge in my garage. A couple of weeks ago, i did not close the freezer door properly and it was open for a day or two. Since then, i have cleaned out the eitire fridge, left it open for a couple of days (as some articles suggested) and restarted it. However, only the freezer seems to work and not the fridge. How can i fix this? Thank you.

Edit: I just opened the back panel of the freezer to expose the fan and the turned on the fridge but the fan doesnt seems to be spinning
