Original fault was it wont start a program. Not filling.
The inlet valve was open circuit.
Replaced the Aquastop hose 140180589016
Now it fills, the wash motor starts but it will not stop filling.It will stop filling when the door is opened.
Tried a new pressure switch – same problem.

Have you had a water inlet solenoid valve damage a PCB?no but there is always a possibility
if it did i would expect a shorted triac which i would expect it to start filling on switch on

I have had this before on a similar model and it turned out to be faulty surface mount capacitors on the circuit board – there are 2 or 3 places on the board where they put a capacitor and resistor in series accross the triac to prevent electrical spikes, these capacitor can crack and go short ciruit.
