HAIER FLA | HW120-B14876 | Door wont release “Lock end” error “Clok” error

Hello.

Haier Washing Machine
HW120-B14876
Door will not release
Displays error “Lock end” and “Clok” upon rotating selection knob. (Actually displays ‘Loct & Clot’, assuming the ‘t’s’ are ‘k’s’ as K is imposibble on digital clock type display!).
Customer complained machine wouldnt start fresh program prior to the symptoms its now showing.
Tried unplugging appliance for a few minutes, no difference.

Any knowledge of this/these codes, please? I’ve had a scout around online and found other codes, but not these ones being displayed.

* The machine has a Miele Dryer on top of it, so didn’t delve any further during first visit as didn’t want to lift the heavy Miele off without at least knowing the code meanings.

Thanks. I’m not familiar with Haier, other than repairing this one’s door hinge – it failed after 18 months and was an absolute abomination to fit/split the door! Customer badly regrets purchasing it.
