Hi, I made the move to my first electric fan assisted oven, after cooking with gas all my life.
I made this move because electric ovens are supposed to cook better, even heat.
Anyway my problem is with gas I turned oven on to whatever gas mk and away you go, this bosch oven seems to have over complicated things for me..3d hot air,gentle hot air and the rest.
Probably should have bought a standard electric oven ( non fan) if a thing exist now.
I don’t really want to study the manual everytime I want to cook something at a certain temp.
Any help?
