Zanuzzi zopnx6x2 oven intermittent restarts every 3 to 4 uses.

Oven is 13 months old, intermittant fault (every 3 to 4 uses) oven restarts when cooking (oven switches off and restarts, cycles through error codes and clock resets to 12:00 same as if you switch off power to oven), no other items in kitchen affected (no power cut) and oven breaker not tripped. I turn oven dial back to off, reset clock and then turn oven on and no issues until next reset in a few days. Going to check power cable wire connections at weekend but doesn’t do it all the time, ran a pyro aswell with no issues. Anyone seen this behaviour before any part that could be playing up.
