This is a built-in washer dryer and the cx says it leaks from the filter area randomly and when it does, it floods….. it can take between 2-6 or 10 washes but then it floods out from that area.

I checked the pump, hoses, drainage and then tested it 3 times, not a single drop of water came out, so I passed it as working fine —- he has researched this error error and claims its a known fault with Hoptpoint but I’m at a loss to think there’s a leak/flood that can happen so randomly AND after my tests were good with no leaks at all…… confused!!!

Any Hotpoint engineers had this random leaking problem?
