    Sorry I don’t have details other than a hotpoint washer dryer. I’ll be calling in the morning.
    reported problem initial error 13 fault code which I believe is the dryer Ntc. But when they select a program the display changes to desired setting but when you press start they can hear the dryer running and nothing else happens. Anyone give me a heads up before I get there.

    getting F13 is easy. why the dryer runs i dont know

    it was the ntc causing the problem
