    Hi, model E774F402BI 914580200 O1 it had an e20 fault drained water off pump sitting humming trying to turn no obstructions.
    pulled it out tipped it back replaced the pump by bending back the plastic base plate.
    tried it, it pumped but through up EF0 error checked no water in base and float switch ok but cant stop the EF0 error.

    you need to put it in service mode to see which EF error you have
