    I am trying to remove the drain pump from my Beko washing machine but I cannot unplug the white electrical connector on the top of it, it seems to be locked in somehow and I don’t want to force it and break it there must be a simple way to unplug it?

    there is a barb on the plug that locks into a slot the pump frame. just need to slide a small screwdriver in to ease it out

    well it does not matter if you break the pump connector as long as the one on the wire is ok

    you could try finding the barb and push it down but pushing a small screwdriver in between works ok for me. it is seldom the socket that gets damaged and the
    plug on the pump is expendable if your changeing it

    Hi mate it came off as you said I just used a smaller screwdriver thanks so much for your advice.
