    Hi

    I have a Siemens refrigerator/freezer model# kg36na77/03. it is 9 years old and has worked perfectly but now the freezer alarm keeps going off. The freezer compartment feels cold but I put a thermometer in there and it only registers -2 degrees. I emptied the freezer compartment of all food, turned off the appliance at the main for about 2 hours and plugged it in again but it did not help. The super cool light was on but after 7-8 hrs it went off and the alarm went on again.
    Any idea of what I can check or replace myself?
