Hi, I have a John Lewis JLTDH21 (AEG 91609789800). It seems the condenser can’t be removed for cleaning and only the front face vacuumed. Is that right? On all the videos I’ve seen of condenser dryers the condenser is removable and washed in the sink.

I’ve vacuumed and brushed as best I can buy can’t remove a lot of the lint.

    Thanks

because yours is a heat pump dryer you cant remove the condensor unit as it is piped into the refrigeration system
