    I have a problem with this machine switches on but door won’t lock,I’ve tried changing the door interlock and the main power board but no good ,please can anyone help

    Try checking ntc on wash heater I’m sure they had problems related to that fault you have

    Ok thanks I’ve checked the dryer stats but not the wash heater stat.
