hi guys customer says no draining /spin then e20 only 2 years .. i put on spin /drain .. it drains then fills up then again and again then shows e20 .. anyone know whats up .. was hoping somthing easy like something in the pump but not that 😡
what makes you think that ? been ok for 2 years .. its a bit like how the hotpoints / indesits used to do when main board was faulty .. draining filling at same time :rolleyes: a wonder if the carbons being gone would give this fault ?:rolleyes: i didnt think at time . and never had a look at the motor ..2 years not long to be going through a set of carbons .. not like she had 5 kids or something
had a beko do exactly that fault
must have sensed it was hot at the end and filled the machine up after the spin
as i said it was a long shot, never seen a Hotpoint do only a Beko
tried to look up tech but cant trace exact model, have you got the serial no ?
