No power to Diplomat Oven

    Hi

    I have a Diplomat AHY3300 fan oven + APL 1304 ceramic hob. They have often tripped the power off in the past but would always work OK when the trip switch was reset, but this time there appears to be no power after resetting the switch. No llights come on the hob or oven. 🙁

    Since neither the hob and oven both have power, might there also be a fuse for which has blown?

    I have pulled the oven out and there is no fuse there, just a box where the power cables for the hob and the oven are joined together. I also took the main power switch off and there is no fuse there.

    Any advice? Contact a general electrician or oven specialist?

    Electrician if both are dead Stevie I think if both are dead, as they are seperate appliances it sounds like a problem with the supply rather than both failing at once.
