    zanussi Z716WT83BI. PNC 91460660002. integrated washer dryer. On tumble dry with clothes in it does not heat. the time in display drops down to 10 minutes after a couple of minutes. there is no error code flashing. Has anyone had this fault before? It is a pretty new machine.

    check the fan unit for a resettable thermostat

    it will have a button on it and will go click if it has tripped when reset

    yeah, i tried that Dave. forgot to mention it in my post. there is also continuity through the thermostats when i checked with my meter. there is a thermistor on the front of the housing. i checked it for any wires broken off.
