This is the second Indesit Hotpoint dishwasher this week with a F15 error. It seems to drain OK
I found a post from Nick Massey 13-02-19 about a virtual sensor – a reading between the wash and drain pump not constant.
    Anyone explain this virtual sensor?

They measure the physical resistance against the pump impellers and equate to water volume, don’t they?

What did people find and how did they cure it? Dave made it sounds like that it is difficult to determine the problem.

Usually need to replace the wash pump to cure it, more often than not I have found the front bearing on this pump to be shot allowing the impellor to flop around and bind up.

Thanks Jem. That was the fault. Wash motor with a faulty bearing.
