Good afternoon all,
The above condenser dryer powers up, and a programme can be selected.
However, upon pressing start the dryer runs for one or two seconds only, prior to aborting and displaying the above error code.
My customer said that they had looked on the Hoover UK website, and were convinced E21 relates to the heating section.
However, I have tested the heater and toc’s which are fine.
The UKW error codes aren’t listed for the above, and looking online there’s all sorts of bad/incorrect information. (just for a change!)
I didn’t have enough time to carry out further tests earlier, and would welcome some information, prior to returning…

jontyI done one this week it will be stat gone on the heater as hoover don’t sell stats it’s a complete heater
I’ve checked and double checked the heater and ‘stats, which are good.
Will revisit next week.
