JLTDH15 – 916096804. Not the one they still have in stock – this is at least 15 years old.

This morning it was showing E60. I left it off for a while, and then put it into diagnostic mode. It now shows E32 on C1. When I run a program, it heats, it spins, but it doesn’t collect water in the tank.

E32 indicates a possible control board problem. I happen to have a spare (!) so I swapped it out, but unsurprisingly it still reports the error.

When I tipped the machine on its side, plenty of water came out. So I suspect that I have a failure in the water pump. Does that seem plausible?

E32 is only the moisture detectors in the drum and does not equate to the E60 fault you had

the very fact its heating makes me think the compresor is running

a lot od faults on these is down to air flow in the unit

rechack all filters and the evaporator face. Hold the door filter up to the light as these need washing occasionally

Water pump proves fine – when I pour water into the bottom, it gets pumped up to the top. Gave it a good clean, but don’t seem to collect much, if any, water. Scrubbed the inside of the tank (not clear where the moisture sensors are on this model) but still reports E32.

I cant bring up the exact model as the pnc number above may be wrong

some of the drums are split electrically to allow moisture detection. if it is there is often a carbon brush running on the drum
