John Lewis cwd not drying

hi i went to this machine recently the customer said clothes coming out steaming , usual cause is no water flow but i cant see a problem looking in the soap draw there is water flow, on further investigation the safety stat was oc. i suspect a faulty thermistor but that would not explain the problem the customer reported any help appreciated thanks John
