    Good afternoon all,

Wondering if anybody can forward a wiring diagram for the above oven?

A couple of wiring connections have come adrift from their terminals on the oven/grill function switch, and I don’t know their correct positions.

The above occurred whilst renewing the door hinges, which had been badly strained in a holiday/rental property.

As many of you will know, accessing the above hinge retaining screws is a little tricky, and I must have strained the wiring connections more than anticipated, when removing the side and control panels.

One of the two disconnected terminals is coloured yellow and red, the other a twin blue.

I think the yellow and red connection should fit the inner right hand terminal, (when looking from the front) as it was very close to this position, although I may be wrong.

However, there is at least one spare terminal on the switch, and I couldn’t be sure which hasn’t had a spade connection, even with a magnifying glass.

One other complication is the blue wire isn’t long enough to reach the front of the function switch, unless I’ve managed to disturb it from its usual position, and is now snagged…

    Thanks

    jonty

    Good evening,

Sorry for my late response to the above problem.

I quickly identified the wiring connections thanks to Dave obtaining a wiring diagram. (I messaged him directly to thank him.)

However, the function selector switch turned out to be faulty too, hence my late reply.

Having sorted the two astray connections, the switch decided to arc considerably when testing.

I thought that this may have been due to the above connections shorting out, but when I removed the switch for inspection, one of the unrelated contacts was severely burned/damaged, so it could have been failing…

Regardless, I would like to thank Dave (once again!) and I’m grateful for the wiring diagram, and pleased that the job is sorted.
