    I put the clothes in the washing machine as usual and pressed START. Then I noticed the drum clean light had come on. This is a fairly new machine, so I hadn’t experienced this before. I referred to the manual and it says “Don’t put laundry in the washing machine during the drum cleaning”. My laundry is already IN the washing machine”…. What do I do?

    If the cycle has already started, let it complete then run the drum clean cycle.

    Use 1/4 of the recommended dose of biological powder – so if the box says to use 65ml of powder for your normal cycle, use 16g.
