    Hi,
    I got called to this one for the dryer not working and when I tried the dryer sure enough it ran for a minute or so then jumped from 2h 11min to 21 mins and then jumped to 11mins and then stopped. If you use the timed setting it works fine.
    I put the machine into the diagnostic mode and it came up with E69, as far as I can see this is a wash element fault but the wash element tests ok and it runs perfectly through a wash cycle.

    could be as simple as earth problems on heater
