Zanussi Washing M/c Drum Bearing Clarification

HI, Our washing machine (circa 2012) drum bearings have worn out (usual loud rumbling and notchy feeling when rotated manually).
I can’t find a bearing service kit, only a complete ‘welded’ tub as shown on the Zanussi spares site.
The image appears to show that the two halves of the tub appear to be plastic welded together. Does this mean that the bearings and seal cannot be replaced?

Any info regarding this would be appreciated
