I’m thinking of replacing our 15-year old dishwasher with a 2-drawer Fisher & Paykel model, but they only seem to be available in integrated versions. I guess this means that the doors will spring closed more powerfully, and will not stay open if used in freestanding mode.
Does anyone know if these are usable in freestanding mode – e.g. can the door spring tension be adjusted?

So far as I am aware, it can’t be done, they can only be used integrated.

correct there is no secure frame and they dont have legs
but you could buy a unit to install them in but it would have to be fixed to the wall to prevent it falling forward
