Looks to be a very small affair, no employees and not a lot of turnover either. If I’m not mistaken no money either. So your warning to avoid looks to be well founded.
I’ve agreed to do a job for this company. I said I wouldn’t go there unless they paid my labour rate upfront which they have done. I’ve read some terrible reviews about them not paying online. I’m tempted to cancel the job and refund them the labour.
Either that or I’ll have to ask for the parts payment before as well which means no first time fix but better than getting scammed again
what I do is go look and see what i find
if it needs parts I need paying upfront
if i can fix without I will invoice but will not take on more work till the first one is paid
I also quote more for call out and lab to cover losses over time
