Model BATD H7A1TCE-80. customer removed hose from pump when trying to connect to drain. I can see no way of getting the hose back on without removing the drum has anyone got any advice?

well its not easy removing a hoover drum
you have to remove and replace the drum with the belt on the motor as you cant fit it after. once you release the drum rear it will drop just enough to take the tension off the belt to remove it but you may have to slip it off the idler pulleys

    horrible design

A little tip here to make removing and refitted the belt is to loosen the motor fixing other bottom of dryer it gives you a little extra movement

    look at my other post

just had one that would not come apart and the input seal was stuck to the rear

you also leave the belt on the idler pulleys plus the idler pulleys fail so if belt has failed change them as well
