Samsung RS7567BHCBC not cooling, Compressor testing

Unit is not chilling, cannot get fault codes as shown on Youtube channels.Top right button is not Fridge it is vacation. Lights work, door adjar chime works. LED on inverter PCB on top of unit(not in the back) is on solid, but dim. Compressor runs, seems slow to me and touching compressor casing it is vibrating.
Youtube channels showing compressor winding Resistance tests. Common & start =xxx ohms. Common & run =xxx ohms. Then start and common = xxx ohms which is total of first 2 added together. I have in the order 11.9 ohms, 12 ohms (23.9 ohms total) my total is 12.2 ohms.
The compressor number is ENV4A5G L2J. Is it wound different ?. Other tests seen on YOUTUBE (not my model though) are for Start Relay, start capacitor , Relay overload protector all shown plugged into Compressor. All i have is 3 pin plug straight on to compressor. 3 wires disappear above through a grommet and appear to come out the top on the inverter PCB. Are they part of the PCB or are they hiding behind the main rear panel (i don’t mean the one covering the compressor. Tech Info,parts and part numbers for this model are hard to find. Why ? Will be grateful for all advise given
