Cant get rid of this error code so dont want to put in new heat exchanger valve.
Any suggestions apart from usual of switching off and holding in start button.
Thanks Mikebut the code means the heat exchanger coil is open circuit or its a faulty board
have you checked it ?
you could see if you can attach another coil so the board can see it and see if the code goes
Daveas a long shot find the board connector and check cable continuity and make sure its not a bad contact

Also make sure you’ve fitted the right valve as there are a couple of types and they aren’t interchangeable.
You need 11033896 (superseded from 00631199)I’ve heard of a few rare occasions that the dispenser has caused this but I’ve not seen it personally. Otherwise as above check wires and if that doesn’t work then it’s PCB.
