Zanussi built in dishwasher – ZDT21001FA – timing issue

This is an odd one, the customer says the dishwasher works fine when it wants to.
I couldn’t find any issues with it other than I have noticed that the quick wash which should have been approx 30 mins but this one seems to going on for a while.

I am reluctant to say it’s the board as it feels like a cop out. There must be in the dishwasher that is causing issues on being like a teenager that decides to get to work or not. I can’t see any loose connections or the likes as all appears to be solid.

What might be the issue here?
