Does anyone know if F+P are now employing their own service staff as my guarantee
work as their agent has totally dried up ?
I was advised months ago that nothing has changed, but this doesn’t seem the case.
    Any info appreciated.

I am not aware of any changes to F&P, I’ve not heard anything at all.

I followed a Fisher & Paykel branded van the other day so I imagine they are doing direct

I can’t think they’d have the volume to support that, especially not nationwide.

Given that Fisher & Paykel have been owned by Haier for many years, is it possible they have combined the service support for both brands? I see that Haier (at least in terms of pricing) have moved towards the premium sector, so this would be a logical step. With a combined network, they would be free to livery their vans with whatever branding they chose.

as per usual the loyal agents are the last to know, reminds me of when D&G continually denied they were going to use whirlpool, and then binned me overnight
