Hi new here but looking for some help to fix my out of warranty Tumble dryer. Was working all good not used that much but last week went to dry the bedding and it run for about 3 minutes then stopped with flashing drying level lights 1 and 3 flashing on and off at the same time.
have taken the top off to see if I can see a reset button that others have talked about but can not see anything. Any suggestions other than to bin it and buy a better make with a longer warranty next time.

nfrom what i can see yours is a heat pump dryer so has no reset button

if its lights LD3 and LD5 its a problem with the sensor on the heat pump

fault reads ” compressor NTC is disconnected”

NTC is a thermostat

electrofix i have the same model and issues as above. I will post a photo of what lights are on when the machine stops. Could you tell me what they potentially mean? I have already looked into replacement NTC I believe there are two in the machine but don’t want to fire the parts cannon just yet.

heat exchanger has been vacuumed out and all filters are clear. Sometimes it will run for 45 mins then stop, sometimes it’s 15 seconds

thank you for the advice. I will look into the connection for the compressor ntc and potentially change it.
