Stoves 00200074444410118 Integrated Washer/Dryer Parts Availabilty

Good evening/morning all,

I’m wondering about the availabilty of spare parts for the above washer/dryer, and remain dismayed at Stoves customer service.

I was contacted to attend to a broken door handle problem with the above machine in a holiday cottage.

So, I visited at the end of last week, and confirmed that the door handle, and mechanism, was broken. (probably due to guests forcing the door at the end of the cycle) rather than waiting until the door actually opened!) which I know, and I know is probably a regular occurence in such environments!

Anyway, the door frame/parts required to solve the above problem are unavailable until the end of December 2024 or early January 2025!

I asceratined this by contacting Stoves direct… who then referred me to UK Spares for parts appertainence.

Although UK Spares (finally) tried to be helpful, they could not identify the required parts over the phone, so I requested a parts diagram be sent via email.

UK Spares did forward said parts diagram… however, the image quality was extremely poor, although I managed to confirm that the required parts: (door frame/handle assembly) were required. (Part No: 082658094)

As mentioned, UK Spares have quoted a delivery schedule of late December 24/early January 25

Can anyone relate to the above, and/or assist with obtaining the part from an alternative source, which I have been unable to do so?
