    Hi

    Hoping someone can help. My smeg washer dryer is not drying at all. Washing part works fine. I’ve run the cleaning mode, cleared everything I can think of and still the same. It actually sounds like it is on a wash mode when trying to dry.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Dave

    No heat. It sounds like it’s trying to drain water and running through a wash cycle. Presume it will be the heating element? Is it an expensive fix or should I replace the machine? I’d rather not have a washer dryer but no room for separate machines

    well check the heater box first as machines often have resettable stat
