    Hi all, I dont work on Hoover products very often but a family member has an E21 error not heating. I have looked at the parts list and it shows a 85c stat can someone tell me where this is please, is it behind the front panel, or under the drum?

    first thing to check is the overheat stat on the element

    early version cant be replaced and its an element change

    later version have a reset
