Hello, My five year old freezer has developed a fault whereby the first three settings do not freeze but the fourth setting does freeze but is too cold (25degrees) for our use.
The freezer was bought through Ikea and their brand name is GENOMFRYSA 850785115000 but in essence is a Whirlpool (Ikea advise me that their brand is actually a Hotpoint Whirlpool as they and Hotpoint are part of the same company)
Any advice on what the problem could be or how to fix it please
