I have replaced seals but always remove the front panel. Does anyone replace them with just the door off? The machine is a Samsung WF80F5E2W4W/EU and a radiator will need removing to get it out from under the worktop!

I have replaced many door seals without removing front panels, as they aren’t/weren’t removable.
Even now, I try and replace them with the minimum off parts removing, and have never removed just a door to change a seal.

However, the important point is what your glossing over, and that is the radiator is in the way so they will have to have it removed so the job can be done. If someone is stupid enough to place something like a radiator i the way, they must deal with the consequences.

When I got there I found I could move the machine into the walk way, it just can’t be removed from the utility room without removing the radiator. I took the front of the machine but in future I might give it a go without doing that. Cheers, Mark

    Do you have any tips?

The seals usually go on fair easily, its the rear clamps that make life hard.
If its the full spring type ones I use a clamp as a 3rd hand, Samsung ones with the screw band i have a small ratchet that fits in.

if you’re unlucky enough some of the LG’s are front off and weights off.

I change as many door seal as I can without removing the appliance only tip I can give you is a little lubricant on seal to make it go on easily and the Samsung door inner band are a left hand tread if I remember rightly
